When will my plan start?
Your plan will start the day that you take it out with us or you can choose a preferred start date. You can login to your account to see and manage your plan whenever you like.
What is boiler cover and why do I need it?
Boiler breakdown cover offers assistance in case a boiler breakdown affects your home’s heating and or hot water.
With a plan in place you can relax knowing that we’ll be there when you need us.
Whichever cover you choose, you’ll get 24/7 support, 365 days a year – so no matter when trouble arises, you can be confident we’ll be on hand to help.
Who can purchase a boiler cover plan?
These boiler and heating breakdown plans are for homeowners.
However, we do also offer a range of cover options for landlords. Please get in touch for details.
Do the plans include a boiler service?
We offer a range of boiler cover and heating breakdown plans so that you can choose the one that’s right for you.
Some of our plans offer a FREE boiler service each year you have a plan with us.
You can also choose to pay for a boiler service separately if you prefer.
